Our founder

Francis Chi-Wah Lau

In 1995, Francis completed his degree in law in the University of London. 

In 1996, Francis migrated to Australia and has involved in church ministries since then. In 2008, Francis started studying Australian Laws and Regulations, and has been admitted as a solicitor since 2010. Francis is now a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1069556) and a Justice of Peace of NSW.

Traffic

What can you do first when you get a penalty notice for a traffic offence?

Surf at the website of State Debt Recovery Office and read the “SDRO Review Guidelines”. For some traffic offences like parking and red light camera, if you have 10 year clear driving record, your penalty may be waived but a caution will be recorded.
