Above all, Registered Migration Agents are monitored by Migration Agents Registration Authority; it is a matter of quality control.
Only RMA can ask for or receive any fee or other reward for giving immigration assistance. Other people are not entitled to sue for or recover any fee or other reward for giving immigration assistance.

What duties do you have if you are involved in a car crash?
The driver must stop at the scene of the crash and give the driver’s required particulars to any other driver (or representative) involved in the crash and any other person involved in the crash who is injured (or representative) within the required time.
If the other driver does not stop or refuses to give you his required particulars, you are entitled to call police.

After you have signed a contract to buy a house, can you change your mind?
If it is a residential property, subject to certain exceptions (eg. buy the house by public auction), there is a cooling off period. You may rescind the contract at any time before 5pm on the fifth business day after the day on which the contract was made. However, 0,25% of the purchase price of the house will be forfeited by the vendor.
